PLN 0* *Participation is free provided that the conference fee is paid. The number of places is limited, applications will be considered on the first come first served basis. To participate in the course, please select an additional free product “course 11.02.2023” available in the registration system. The registration fee should be paid after registration via the electronic conference service system, by selecting the Registration button.
As part of the fee, we provide:
- participation in scientific sessions
- conference materials
- ID
- e-certificate.
Resignation from participation in Conference*
Written resignation from participation in Conference should be reported to the Organiser's address or by e-mail to the following address: okulistyka@viamedica.pl
In the event of resignation, the participant is entitled to a refund of the registration fee decreased by handling costs:
- resignation reported from the moment of payment to 30 days before Conference — handling costs are 10%,
- resignation submitted from 29 to 15 days before Conference — handling costs are 35%,
- resignation notified 14 days before Conference — the participant is not entitled to a refund.
*The above conditions do not apply to natural persons who are consumers within the meaning of Art. 221 of the Civil Code of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93), i.e., of February 9, 2017 (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 459, as amended).
